   I used to skip lunch breaks, but I then realized that if anything happens to me, I don't think these patients that I am caring for will care for me. We have to take care of ourselves first to be an effective caregiver. :)

   I like the Lippincott's pocket manual of nursing practice as a Med-Surg nurse. But it's not really "pocket-size"

    HIV, infections (viral) and steroids can all cause false readings. Unless the answer choice states patient who had taken BCG--- I would go for the BCG vaccinated patient. But BCG is not taken orally though...

    Caroladybelle, My employer paid for everything including the time that I sat for the class and exam--every single minute of it! :) Not bad of a deal, I guess

    Where I work, they pay $5 per hour more if you're certified. I think that's a pretty good deal! :)
