I think it is an honor to be part of it. I personally don't think that it makes a difference tho in finding a job. Most places are not really going to care about that cause what they really care about is that you pass the NCLEX, thats it in a nutsh...

I don't see what the big deal is. I am planning on wearing a pair of nice lt tan dress pants and a dark brown dress blouse and some heels. We are nurses and need to look professional but I think that a suit is rediculous to wear since we wear scrub...

I feel the same way about ATI although it is what I am mainly using to prep for boards. I know that it works. But it is disheartening and because I can't get very high on them usually in the mid 60's.
