  1. im in an accelerated bsn program. my first semester i took Wellness pathophysiology assessment pharmacology fundamentals and clinicals once a week
  2. ok good! i was told that area was closer! my friend told me to look into Duke. she said they had awesome benefits etc. *mind u she lives here in PA with me* hehe However, i've been reading online that wake is the best choice. I will be a new grad..so i don't know. i also read that wake only takes new grads startin in July is that true?! i hope not because i am lookin to move mid to late december. as an employee there. what can u tell me That website u gave me is amazing!! ty
  3. thanks so much for ur reply chuck. i visited the area in late november. i was impressed w the atmosphere and the ppl in raleigh. however i recently heard that nurses in the area have a low salary compared to the rest of the nation. to me money is not a huge factor but it is important bc i want to make sure i can find a good job and live comfortably while completing my masters. the places i saw in the brier creek n sorrounding area were about 800-900 for 2bedrooms. is the north hills area close 2that in location?
  4. hey guys! i'm currently in pa looking to apply for the spring 2011 class (msn: fnp) at duke. i'm really interested in any info i can get regarding the program and the rtp area. i plan on moving to raleigh in dec. 2010 and also finding an rn job there. thanks in advance!!!
  5. u can do it!! just study hard and make sure to take time out for yourself once in a while
  6. i'm in the psu 2nd degree bsn program. we wear navy bottoms white scrub tops (Either with v-neck or collar) it has the penn state logo on it. with all white sneakers and socks. our scrub jacket is navy blue and says penn state on top with the lion on the front. we also have long white labcoats w penn state logos:paw:
  7. im 21nd started this fall. however, i graduated in the spring w a bachelors in bio-behavioral health and will have a bsn in nursing in a lil over 14 months. that will be 2 bachelors and i'll only be 22 =0)
