  2. Coriaa1, how is the program in sbvc going for you? how do you do so far? I heard the first semester is very tough.
  3. coriaa1, or 1mileup A friend of mine tell me that SBVC does not require you to take the teas test. is this true?
  4. Coriaa1, Congratulation to you........... There is something that perplexed me. If you got in then I should be at least waiting list #9, but my current waiting list number is twenty something. How is that possible? Are they give first priority to those who lives in SB county.
  5. Finally, I got my letter, but so sad I did not get in yet. How about you coriaa1 and 1mileup...
  6. 1mileup, Well, good luck for us all. The school only accept 40 students per semester. SO, the chance are been select is not good. maybe next fall of 2011. well, let me know. i'll keep you update.
  7. 1mileup, I did not receive the letter for Spring 2011 yet. Did you get your yet. When did you apply?
  8. You're be just fine. If the school still accepting those courses even you had taken 10 yrs ago. If I were you I wouldn't go back and retake once more. But if you feel that that is something that needs to be improve then go for it. Your GPA is OK. Just study hard to get an A in Micro...Good luck
  9. At the moment, the economic is really bad and part of it, is depend where you live.
  10. how is that possible? According to the admission lady told me, they go by in order, like first come first serve. If that is true, your friend must be really lucky.
  11. coriaa1, Fall 2009, about 1 1/2 ago.
  12. coriaa1, I had received my letter from SBVC. I am currently on the waiting list #67. what about your?
  13. I was selected as an alternate #4. Well, see what happen?
  14. Wantin No, I go back to general pool. it's suck! That is the policy, once you did not get it in your fifth time, you go back to the general pool. We'll see what happen next. I'll keep this update.
  15. Same here, I have a feeling that is coming to me. I can sensed it. Good Luck to us all.
  16. Hey, long do you know how long did your brother have to wait to get into the nursing program at SBVC?
  17. coriaa1, Did you receive your letter from SBVC yet?
  18. no, not this time. hopefully next year...
  19. fresno city college had their own little secret that no one know about it. they had couple special programs (such as the Future Nurse, LVN-bridge, paradigm, those who had been in lottery for more than 2 year, and others specials programs that i don't know about it) students in this programs will get pick first and there may be couple spaces left (maybe 4 or 5) then those available space is for the general pool (which 1000 applicants) so your chance of getting is .04%. .04% is not that bad after all because you have the same equal chance as everyone else in the general pool. I didn't mean to scare everyone who going to fresno city, but this is the true.
  20. this is my fifth, good luck
  21. coriaa1, did you also apply in sbvc, do you know how many students they accept each semester.
