I took it yesterday the 21st of february. I went to register last nite and it refused me,. the Pop up say that I have a recent test schedulled. and to contact my state board. I try to pay to get my result, it says that my result is not available. of ourse my blood pressure is goin up the chain. Am nervous as can be. Honestly, The questions are so easy. because I did kaplan, Feur review Package, Saunders etc.By monday I will know for sure. I cant say specific about the questions in a forum such as this. Nclex has strategies . Know the contents> will post again once I get my result. I took Distric of columbia text. I tried logging in to check my license, it says Rn with my license Number and An addendum That says obtained by Re-examination'' Pending.

Failed 7th time NCLEX RN. Am I a really a failure?
please relax your mind. it is not how how many times you failed. focus on why you are failing. Go back to basics. take your med surg book and assumed you know nothing. read all core contents. nclex makex even the smartest one look dumb. I graduated three years ago and I ve failed three times. I ve done kaplan, Learning extensions 3 times. Dont give up. I am using atI AND feUR REVIEW materials I bought in ebay. Over this three yrs, I ve gathered resources relating to nclex. You need to build up confidence before taking it again. it is like pay back. Dont give up. email me at [email protected]

New RN having trouble getting employment with misdemeanor
Don be discouraged. The truth is you are reckless. Protect your license. You spent all this time in school and board licensure, i kno wsome one that is working with criminal background. Most employers wouldn't check it. So continue applying for job. Some one will give you a chance. Just be truthfull in your application if the issue comes up during interview, admit you made a mistake and plead for a chance to correct your pasts. Get involved in chrch. Forgiveness comes form the man upstairs. Good luck and never give up.

Lvn's who became Rn's... how did you do it?
I am now a bsn holder will seat for my RN nclex in october. I am currently an lpn. it was my best option. while workig as lpn, I took classes at community college to help me get into university for eventual RN. My previous education was in political science. didnt have anything to do with nursing so it was no easy but the knowledge that work is availaible upon graduation gave me the strenght and determination. I have full time job while attending lpn vocational school working in a group homes. I accumulate some college credit (A&P.Micro,Nutrition,Psychology, Philosophy etc) after 18 months , i graduated with bsn. Being an lpn first made a difference. I WORK DOUBLE SHIFT ON weekends so I can go to school on week days. IT Was a breeze. EVERY SITUATION IS DIfferent. do you have family or spousal support?. you gona need it either way. time mgmt is essential. forget social life while you are in school cos you wouldnt have any. Good luck
