Yes that is correct! In fact, I just renewed my VS and CGFNS waived the need for NCLEX validation. I just submitted my new IELTS score and validation of RN license :)

If your priority date is 2009, you will most likely be waiting for another 3 years maybe, i.e. granting that your petitioner won't abandon or back out on you in the end. If you renew your VS before it expires, it will be valid for 5 years anyway It...
