To 2brichielpn08, I just wanted to let you know that I totally agree with what you said. i'm getting ready to try and take my exam again for the 7th time and I have stated the same thing why make an exam so hard when there is a shortage of nurses and on top of that I do understand as a nurse you have to know your medication, but there is to many medications out there to be able to know all of them for a test like this. As a nurse on the floor they don't know all of the medications they have to look up the medication that they are giving there patients. If they won't to give you medications on the test why don't they give medication that is given most of the time. It really is disappointing to know that they are trying to make this exam harder in 2010 it makes me wonder if its going to be just another long trip down the road for nothing. I had a nurse tell me at my work not to even study for the exam because you really don't know what to study and where to study at. He said you know what you know and just go in there and pick the best answer. Sorry such a long reply but this to me is very upsetting especially when I have tryed to do every I know to do to get threw this test and then now I hear that it is going to get harder.

Hey wNt2bRN, What is pvt mean? I have taken my test about 6 times and I don't won't to give up, but I don't know what to do to get prepared for it when I think everytime I walk in there to take the test I'm prepared and I come out disappointed. mtkaren, did you use the examCram review book or the examCram practice question book...I'm trying to get some help here because I have taken this test 6 times and hadn't got threw it yet. I won't to give up but I have put too much time and money into this to just give up...If I give up I really fail....

Dear deegeern09, If you could just get back with me and tell me where you got the ABC'S of passing foreign nursing exam book that would be great. The staff stated we can't solicit books on this website which I didn't know that. I ask the staff if I could get your personal email and I hadn't got a response back. I just thought if we couldn't talk about the selling of this book on this website and I respect that maybe I could give you my personal email address and you could give me yours and we could take about the book we might not even be able to do this I don't know. I'm not trying to do anything wrong I'm just trying to get some help here to pass the boards. I did look on amazon.com, barnes and noble and borders can't find the book. Thanks grandchildren 49

Sorry to hear about your mom and brother...These books that you mentioned was mentioned by somebody else on this website, so they must be pretty good books. I was able to get the NCLEX-RN from Barnes and Noble, but where did you get the ABC's of Foreign Nursing Exam Book by Ray A. Gapuz at... Thanks so much for your testimony because I have taken it several times and I study so hard and I always pray to God and I know that anything is possible with God...Thanks Again

Not trying to bring your spirits down, but I took my test on Friday 27 and last night I tryed the Pearson Trick and tryed to reregister and I got to the cc screen. Today Sunday March 29 I got on to Pearson and my results were in and I didn't pass!!! Right now I feel like just giving up on this because this is my second time around and I study so hard and it makes me feel why should I even study. I think the test makes me feel so stupid like I don't know anything. If I decide to take it again I don't even know where to start to study...Good Luck and I hope everything works out for you...

MikeRN2b, Good Luck on your test!!! I will be glad when I hear if I pass or not if not I will just take it again in May....As easy as it would be to just not try again you have to keep on going and doing your best...That is all that anybody can do in life is our best...

Hey Kel143, Did you wait 35 days before doing the Pearson Trick? I wonder if you can do it the day that you took the test...Somebody on this website stated she done it the same day it stated her test was still pending...

First of all CONGRAULATIONS AND I WISH THE BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!!!You are so right you can't do it on your own you have to have God with you. Study hard and pray and God will pull you threw...I just took my test today (March 27, 09) and I don't feel that I passed it. I took it in November and did 237 questions and didn't pass and today I done it in 89 questions and don't feel that I passed...It really makes you want to just give it up and I just cryed after I took my test because it is so frustrating when you spent all of your days off from working and do nothing but study then go in there and take the exam and feel that you didn't do nothing to prepare for this exam. Your post is very inspiring and again wish you all the luck...

No need to apologize... When something like this is so important we try to find all ways to find out if we passed or failed....I wish they would tell us at the testing center whether we passed or failed you know that already know but I guess since it has to come from the Board of Nursing there is nothing that they can do....

I called Pearson today and the guy told me this wasn't a reliable factor whether you pass or fail and not to do it. He stated just to wait 2 business and go threw the Quick Results....I took my test today and when I left from there I don't feel good about the test and it didn't let me into the credit card screen, so who knows....

I took my boards today and somebody told me the other day on this website that you can actually go to the pearson website and go threw like you are registering for your test and if it doesn't get to the credit screen or won't let you do it that means you passed or if you can get to that screen and fill it out then you failed the test...I tryed it and the screen before the credit card screen ask me if my information wasn't correct to go in and update my file before continuing and my information was correct so I hit the next button and it went to the credit card screen but it stated I have to confirm my information on the previous page before anything would be billed but there wasn't nothing I needed to update, so it is not letting me in to do anything on that screen so does that mean I passed...Does anybody know if this is true or not? I don't feel like I passed but sure hope I did....

Congratulations!!! I'm taking my test again and I left it up to God and for some reason God wasn't ready for me to be an RN yet. I'm getting ready to take my test this Friday March 27th and I'm leaving my test up to God..If it is his will for me to pass my test I will and if not then maybe he has other plans for me at this time, but I do hope that I pass...

Can anybody direct me to Suzanne's plan? How do you see what it consist of and how do you get it? I understand her plan is free and also it consist of having a Saunders book, is this right? What is the passing rate of this plan? I did the Kaplan and I went back and talked to them and they suggested that when I got my printout back from the boards of Nursing go to the below passing area and they gave me a book that was pretty in depth and told me to go to that area of the book and then get online and do the same area of content then do some q bank questions. Then go to the near passing area's and do the same. So, if anybody has any suggestions I'm open for them Thanks

It looks like you took your test on Nov. 10, 2008. I took my test to on this day and 5 hours later with 230 questions and just found out on Wednesday Nov. 12 that I didn't pass...Im going to just keep trying to take it until I get threw it....Hope you passed...

You sound like me I just took my state boards today and I had alot of drug questions and alot of priority questions and also precautions questions. I had to answer 230 questions and i'm worried to.. they say it only takes about 48 hours to receive your results...
