Thank you suzanne! Yes I am aware. I am one of those unfortunate ones who havent been granted the eligibility because of the new requirement implemented (the local license)in CA. Regarding that I'm feeling down:down: because I've read some of the users here have been granted their eligibility even if their application date was on December 2007(same as mine) and I have not been eligible. It is just so unfair .(sorry for venting it out) Anyways,I'm moving on so Im applying in Nevada. (sigh start from scratch) Thanks again suzanne!

Hi guys! I have a question about the request for validation of registration/ license for the CES. If I dont have a local license (havent taken it and no plans in taking it), what could I do regarding this requirement then? Thank you.

yes it is a good step dave..but i decided not to take it to stay away from the issues of the phil. nursing nle..the leakage and everything.. it really made such a big impact on the quality of nursing profession in the phils..
