  1. Organize your time!! Set aside definite hours every day for study....stick to it. Find a study partner for a specific difficult subject. ....share....and pray .
  2. 1-Confidence and ability to be able to handle any situation in nursing. 2-Backpain, arthritis 3-invested in real estate 4-very appy and very blessed
  3. Ignore it!! There is usually more than one recruitor at Hopkins. You can work any where you want to...remember there is a nursing shortage every where, Hokins included. Try University of Maryland, another option for you.
  4. My first job was at the JHH and I learned things there that kept me ahead for the rest of my career. That is definitely the place to go in Baltimore. Good Luck!
  5. I would love to be interviewed! I have 40 years of nursing and have always worked in hospitals.:typing
  6. I,m loving it! First thing I did prior to setting a date to retire was zero balance everything except of course mortgage. I kept it manageable. Just remember that there is a shortage and we as nurses can work anytime if we need to. What a wonderful profession!!!!!:redbeathe
  7. I am from the "old school". I graduated 40 years ago and my philosophy is patient care is always first That,s why we do what we do...for the patient. I always have a small note book with me to write notes and time on. It makes life so much easier:balloons:
