Is the credentialing evaluation companies, evaluation is it different than each other. What is their base calculation when they compare with College credits in The States, do they evaluate credits differently? Thank you anyone..

nurse in turkey
I'm a Turkish nurse who lives and work as an RN in The States. As a Turkish nurse with Turkish and USA experience I would suggest you to think twice before you go to work in Turkey. The only good think to be nurse in Turkey it's very easy once you graduate from a nursing school you can work as a nurse anywhere you are accepted. There is no licensure for nursing. Which lower the quality care. There is no job security unless you sign a contract which they don't usually apply for nurses. The pay is low and if you work overtime you get normal pay and not overtime pay, the cost of living is high specially if you think to live in Istanbul. There are not many policy, procedures and regulation or nursing standards. Some private hospitals have some standards but not high as Europe or The States. Also you are not protected by law against discrimination if you are over 30 years old you might not even get hired.

TURKISH NURSES
You can check other forums that you can find answers and advises about online courses. I didn't want to take online courses because I wanted to have somebody who can answer my questions right away, you know we don't have experience in our countries about online education so I didn't want to risk myself. And also the exam it is not cheap. So I just wanted to pass. I did some search and at the end I reached the conclusion that the best way for me is to go to course. Which state are you going to apply?
