ncsbn vs kaplan rationales
Have you tried leaving comments on the NCSBN why they come up with that answer? They will answer your questions and clarify why they come up with it. I'm also doing NCSBN, but i havn't encountered that yet. One time i have a question and placed a comment, they answered me back day after.

NCSBN rationales
Yes, it does come with rationales after each questions. I'm taking it a nd almost done with it actually. As said above, there are some connection problems but not as frequent as you think. It depends on your connection also. Good about this is that, you can ask detailed explanation at the comments link were they answer your question. There is actually one specific question in their Q&A that i tried looking at books, even Saunder's, that conflicts with the answer, but they explain more points why it came up with the right answer.

Accidental delivery of PPD
I'm a nursing student and just wondering if anybody can help me. What will be the complication or adverse reaction if a Purified Protein Derivative (PPD), for Montaux test, is accidentally delivered vascularly? I've researched this on several websites, but they say is to be carefull not to administer it on the blood vessel. They did not even explain what will happen or a reaction. Thank you!
