  1. I was wondering do anyone attend Wayne State nursing program? How is there program like? I attend Wayne State and Im finishing my last pre-req so I can apply but alot of my fellow classmates are saying not to attend WSU for their nursing program..
  2. Where do you go on webadvisor to select the test. oops nevermind I found it.
  3. In my opinion I would take the patho class. Also it depends on which BSN program you want to go into, because some require you to take microbiology along with patho. Hope this helps!
  4. I was thinking about Eastern. What are their requirements for pre-req's and do they go by G.P.A or is it a waitlist?
  5. ChelsNurse2B posted a topic in Michigan Nursing
I'm deciding on going to a university to get my BSN. the schools that I am considering is Wayne State and University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.Does anybody know how many students they accept each year for both of these schools. And if anyone attend these schools do you like it???:)
  6. I have 2 take my NET test and A&P part 2 and I'll be done!!
  7. Hello! The only math class i know they have at hfcc is MATH 101 called math for health careers. I think math 095 is for people who are in the nursing program.
  8. Congrats!! :yeah:I'm in my last semester of pre-req's and then I'll be on the waitlist.
  9. does henry ford offer a blsc certification class? yes at hfcc they do offer a blsc course, it's ah 105.
  10. I'm taking my NET test in a couple of weeks, but what percent do you have to get in order to pass and I've heard about a stress portion on the test as well do we get graded on that part???
  11. I've taken it online and it is easy.I was nervous taking it online because I thought it was dealing with calculations and thought it would be better in a classroom setiing. But I'm not sure if the teacher I took teaches it online for winter semester still , but all we did were problems in the book and open book quizzes and discussions with other students online. Feel free to P.M. me if you have any more questions. :)
  12. Congrats!!
  13. welcome to allnurses!:wlcmggrp: i'm in the same situation as you are, debating to get my adn/rn license or my bsn. it all basically depends on you though. i've decided to get my adn first for a number of reasons, first the cost for courses are cheaper at community college, second i can always go back to get my bsn( most hospitals pay tuiton reimbursement for students going back to school to get there rn-bsn). but if you want to advance further into your nursing studies i would prefer to do the bsn program. there are also topics on this site about the difference between adn or bsn as well. hoped i helped. good luck!:loveya:
  14. :yeah:Congrats!!! Hopefully I can get in for fall 09.
  15. Thnx for all of your responses . I 'm just going to stick with taking courses that are required for my BSN.
