suzanne4. i agree with everything you say. except that 90% of my classmates and people that i worked with saw their name on bon web within 2-3 days not over 10 days or so on. and i do agree with you that they don't give any information over the phone about your results, if you are missing transcripts and other paper work they tell you but not your results.

zhanlili have you tried calling the bon? is your transcript on file and is all your paper work processed? like i said they won't give you any information over the phone unless your paperwork is not done. they kept telling me that they have all my paperwork but they havn't processed my exam which was a lie. they just say that because they get so many people calling them asking about their exams. wish you all the best, good luck

lilchichi;2787858 i took my test on the 14th, exactly one week from now. my name is not on the bon web. this is my third time taking the test. for the first two times i got 75 questions and was near passing on all areas except pharm. this time i lost track of numbers and i got over 120 questions. i got alot of pariority and med questions. after taking the test for the third time now, i am pretty sure i failed again. because i should have seen my name on the web by now. you won't get an envelope this soon, it usually takes about 3-4wks till you get your envelope. but eveyone i know that has passed has seen their results on the web withing 2-3 days. by the way don't call the bon they wont give you any imfo. they kept telling me that they havn't processed mine and that is why its taking so long. don't beleive that. best of luck to everyone. i hope we all pass.

i lived in concord and currently live in sacramento. as far as new grads go, it is difficult to get a job with no experience. i don't know much about lvn, because i m a rn-new grad. all the jobs on the web site will say at least 1yr experience. i don't think clinical experience counts becasue you were not on your own. you were a student. it doesn't for us, but you sure can write it on your resume. you should call the hospitals and get in touch with the lvn recruiter. call the hr department and they will give you the number.there are many kaisers in bay area along with other hospitals. hope this helps and good luck

seeking success:) Thanks for your advice. It really makes sense. Im glad you have a plan and a study partner. Everyone i know have passed the test. I really want to give suzannes plan a chance. i heard alot of good things, i just can't wait to get her second tip. i do have the saunders book 3rd edition which is very much like the 4th edition, therefore im not going to buy it. after i took the test, i came home and wrote down everything i remembered and went thru the book to see what i missed. One thing i learned was that i did not follow the decision tree. i did not use the strategies i should have used, otherwise i probably would of passed. I knew the content,I didn't think the questions were hard, the answer choices were what i was struggling with. im pretty sure what my weakness is, i just need to work at it till i get it right. I was very close to passing last time, hopefully this time i can pass it without going back and saying i should of, would of ,could of. good luck, keep me informed, hopefully both of us can find success. sorry to hear that you failed. when they send you the big ugly envelope, there is a registration form in there that you fill and send along with a $75 fee. thats the one i sent. send that asap. the sooner you send that, the sooner you get a candidat profile notification from pearson which tells you to pay $200 for the test. and as soon as you pay the $200, they send you att, in which you can schedule your test. i hope that helped.

im so sorry, i know how you feel. i did the same. i also payed for the registration fee the next day. but i don't know if i should take it soon or wait and study harder. to be honest, i studied alot the last time and the thing that i know i need to work on is the strategies. i am glad that you are not losing hope. i really want this so i can start with my life and i know you want this as bad. we can do it. we just need to learn the trick. what ever that is. take care and don't stress, its done with. oh by the way, i've been studying before i got my results but as soon as i got my result i am so not motivated. i want this so bad but i get distracted when i study. any suggestions? take care and good luck to both of us.

hurst review, is that a prep class like kaplan or is that a book you purchase? sorry, iam not familiar with it. if the hurst review only helped you on three questions, would you say it was a helpful program? would you recommend it to me? thanks for sharing your imfo, and congratulations.

its really hard to say whats good and whats not with this test. i dont know what state you are in, hopefully you will get your results soon. try not to think about the test, it will make you worry more, trust me. go out with your friends or family and have fun. wish you all the best. let us know when you get your result. good luck

For people who have passed the NCLEX, if you can share with the rest of us what worked for you and what didn't. What should we focus on? What books you used? How you studied? How long you studied? Now that you have passed the test, you know how the test is. I know some people say it was not that bad and some people say it was the hardest test ever.If you had failed, what would you want someone that had passed the test to tell you about the test that could better prepare you for the test?
