I tried the pvt it says that I have recently scheduled my exam please contact my member board for further assistance. I realize from what I have read on here the probability is I passed but until I see it I am sure I will feel this way. I thought the HESI was bad but at least I had my score on that immediately.
  6. I took it today and it shut down at 85. I am not sure how I did but I will know tommorow.

I thought going into the NCLEX that if I shut it down at 85 questions I would feel good about it. I took it this morning and shut it down at 85 and do not feel good about it. Either way 85 or 205 I do not see how anyone could feel good after taking that test.
  8. The exit exam at RETS is 730 to graduate from the LPN program and 850 to get in the RN program. I would not say it was an easy test. Personally I do not believe there was a way to study for it.
  9. I worked nights as a nursing assistant, attended school in the evenings, and slept when I could.
  10. I attended a 15 month program evenings Monday-Friday and worked full time nights. Between work and school it was 7 days a week.
  11. I am 42 and completed a 15 month LPN program last month. I worked full time nights during the program. Between work and school it was 7 days a week, no days off.
  12. I would like to talk with you concerning the prison jobs in Vermont. I am looking into relocating in that area in the next few months.
  13. winsomehillRe: conditions in vermont Nurse atl If you have any interest in working in a prison, there are jobs available. It's really not bad work. I've never felt threatened. Let me know. May 20, 2009 10:48 AM I would like to talk with you concerning the prison jobs in Vermont.

I attend RETS in Centerville. If I had to do it again I would go some where else. There is nothing good I can say about my RETS experience. I am a current LPN student and I will not be doing the ADN there, not even if it was free.
  15. Does anyone know what the typical pay for a STNA is around Dayton Ohio? Any info you can give me would help greatly. I am a 40 year old male who is currently employed as a supervisor in heavy manufacturing. I have thought about nursing since I was in my 20's. I decided it is now or never, I start LPN school in April, I have considered working as a STNA during school.
