Even thou i was a C.N.A for 20 years i didnot get into LPN school until i was 44 . I finish and obtained a licence when i was 46. I work for the Veterans hospital in Va. Currently am working on my R.N. and am 48, will be done by 50 or 52 more or less. Don't worry you can do it, have faith believe in yourself.

I became an L.P.N. two years ago. Now am working on my pre-requirements for R.N. My question is why is Thomas Nelson making me take Anatomy chemistry and others when i took all that during my L.P.N. classes? I do have a licence of L.P.N. I need 4 more classes to get accepted into the R.N. program TNCC offers. It has taken me one year to complete only 3 classes with them since i work full time. I feel am not going anywhere. Am contemplating more and more MCI but what deters me is the price 40k for R.N. associate degree. I spoke with them and they said since am an L.P.N already instead of 18 month i will do 13. Am hanging in my classes for now in TNCC any advices from R.N. who were L.P.N. before>? Thanks!!!!!

What book can I buy to improve or better my nursing notes any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.Thanks!!

I will find out on Monday God Willing. I took my N-clex P.N. ON Aug, 16, 2007 . I don't know yet if i pass or fail. Pray that i pass i went up to 85 questions. Most people tell me that i have pass i don't know why some people go up to 205 100 170 or 185 . All i know this wait is stressing me out more.

Melkev WE Have to think positive i know........ Am very nervous, but i keep praying. Where are you at? i took mY N-clex in in Virginia.. And it cut also at 85 most of my friends think i pass but i don't know ..

Pete how do you know this? I took my N-clex P.N. on August 16 2007 and today i haven't receive results yet. Now this is in Newport News VA. They said i have to wait from 24 to 48 hours. Some of my friends have had their results in 24 hours.. Am scared the test cut off at 85 questions. But reading your post gave me hope.. Thanks!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement i took my N-clex P.N. today 8/16/07 and it cut off at 85 i am praying i have pass i will get the results tomorow.

I just took the N-clex P.N. today it cut at 85 and 2 hours honestly am stress out thinking if i pass or fail.. But i heard from other nurses that if u cut at 85 most likely you have pass. I hope so i really need my licence..
