And if it is meant for me to go back....God will reopen the door. Get out of there! These people that are exhibiting these psycho behaviors are sick and they need help. The nurse manager and DON's are sick for letting this person get away with these behaviors! My prayer is for God to uncover all participating parties and execute His righteous judgements! These people are truly psychotic and crazy!

Lateral violence and bullying is not fun at all. I was a target of these negative behaviors. I noticed real early a co-worker lied on me simply because I asked her a question and she was precepting a student. She told my nurse manager that I hollered at her. I tried to explain to my nurse manager that I did not holler at this nurse. She would not hear what I was trying to say and told me early on that I was new and she knows her staff. One sided communication. They tried to say I had a med error on the accudose machine and I did not. I told my nurse manager that I will only correct the error with pharmacy. Well, the error got corrected on my day off. They tried to say I was abusive to a patient. The last thing was I was verbally abusive to staff. I contacted corporate compliance and then I was retaliated against; therefore, I was written up. All of this was a bold face lie. I told my nurse manager to watch the tape and she will see what happened, but she refused. I prayed and prayed about the situation. God opened up two doors for me and I resigned effective immediately. I felt in my spirit they would try to pin something on me and I would lose my license. After i turned in my resignation letters, I did not realize how much stress I was actually under. Now, I feel like my old self and I pray for those that have despitefully used me! Remember, God will righteously judge us all and He will prevail.

Work on your time management skills. While you are at work...don't talk about issues from home concenetrate on nursing. Pray for strength and ask God to help you..He will see you through! Sounds like you are already doing an excellent job.

All is well in the first few months... you better know God and get prayed up!

The exact same thing is happening to me. I had to go to ED and they were on me like whiite on rhye. But the God I serve has me protected by His Grace! My manager believes the older nurse because she has been there the longest. A CNA that use to work on our floor was accused falsely, she stated. She went to jail, paid a fine, and then later on she committed suicide. She kept claiming her innocence. These nurses get so jealous of a good nurse that gives excellent care to their patients until they are apt to ruin them. I have begun to find another job because it has gotten so stressful for me and I just cannot function at 100%.

I enrolled in Walden's MSN Education Program. I started my first 2 classes back in January and I love it. The instructors are very supportive. I am so excited and I can't wait to start my next class in a few weeks.

Just because God delayed you, you are not denied!! You will be a very strong nurse!! After I passed NCLEX, I got a job working on the Cardiovascular/Vascular floor. I have received my rhythms certification and getting ready to get my ACLS certification. I never thought I would ever work on this type of unit. God has given me the wisdom and knowledge to do my job. He has placed me on an awesome unit with great people. My nurse manager is magnificent. I would have not walked into my Blessing if I had not waited. God will carry you through!! Trust and believe in Him and do not question Him!! It is all in His plan!! God has a special plan for you!! I will pray for you!! What God made happen for me, He will make happen you!!!

I have had several patients that were believing God for their complete healing and the Lord used me to pray for those patients. As a result, they was healed. But, I have to walk in the Spirit and be led by the Holy Spirit before praying for anybody.

FYI!!!! Be careful!! You are suppose to sign the MAR as you go! If licensure come in on you, the facility will get charged for every blank ($2500 approx.) you have. You should do it the right way because if your facility get fined for you having all of those blanks on the MAR, you won't have a job anyways!!

It is almost impossible to take care of 44 residents by yourself. I too am a float nurse. I stay on my feet until about 2-3 pm getting all the hands on work done and then I sit down at about 2 or 3 pm to complete paperwork. I can't believe the government say that we can do this. Patient care is getting neglected. The supervisor likes to talk to everyone that walks by and not help. God forbid, the supervisor get mad at you, she really won't help. I have recently gotten my RN and I will not be working with 44 patients very long. I am looking for another job. I have too much to lose!

Praise God, I found out that I passed my RN NCLEX exam today!

It took you to the credit card page? Just because God delayed you does not mean he denied you! He delayed me twice!! Keep in mind the more we study the greater nurses we become. God truly does have a plan for you, but you can't figure it out. You have to walk it out. Be Blessed my sista!

It is!! All of my classmates said it is very accurate! When I failed both times pvt allowed me to register and took me to the credit card page!

Yes, I am claiming that I passed because I got the good pop-up!

I got done with my boards at 1:50 pm. I had 75 questions. 16 sata. I got the good pop-up stating the candidate has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time. I think I passed!

I will pass my NCLEX exam. Thank you for the encouragement and I will be praying for you too.

Heavenly Father, I am praying for all the people out there that is taking their NCLEX RN or PN within this upcoming week. I pray that you pour your spirit out upon us. Bring back to our remembrance everything that we have studied. Reveal any and all secret things on this test, Heavenly Father. You said, that if we ask of anything in your name it will be done. Heavenly Father, I ask that you honor us on this test tomorrow because we have studied to show ourselves approved before you. I love you my sweet Jesus!! I also ask that you continue to Bless the person that came up with Allnurses: A community for Nurses!! I seal this pray by your blood, Amen and Amen!!!

I can't put the computer down.. I am still doing questions. Maybe I need to just read for a little while about strategies and techniques. Qtrainer 7 - I made 57.7%. I needed 60%. I feel like just crying before tomorrow!! Please send some words of encouragement my way. I have no more money to spend trying to pass this test. Since, this is my 3rd attempt.

I thank you so much. I love God with all that is within me. I feel bad I have a sick mother in the hospital and my baby took sick last night. This test starts my ministry. I know the enemy is trying to kiill, steal, and destroy. I was unable to go to church this morning because my baby is not feeling well! Thank you, whoever you are, for being my angel!! I need the support. Nobody understands the stress behind all of this!
