  1. like east avenue medical center or afp medical center?
  2. well, i suggest you take the local board if you're planning to work here first. i mean, u already passed nclex and i believe NLE is way easier so u don't have to worry that much.
  3. oh..i can't wait that long.maybe i'll try MMC..thanks for all the info..
  4. yeah ill be applying there too. thanks for the info.. what about you?
  5. thank your for replying. uhm, i tried what you've said and it wasn't easy. I have to spend quite a some of money for printing and travel expenses. I still have to submit at least 10 applications and if nothing happens, i don't know what i'm going to do. it's like all of the hospitals are on freeze hiring status. i am desperate but i don't think i can manage to work without pay and worse, pay the hospitals for the volunteer thingy. well, i wish i could but i lack resources right now so i'm up for anything that will save me from working and paying at the same time. it is so hard but i have no choice. =( i think all that i learned in college were useless because i can't get hired if i can't supplement them with actual training. i also browsed ads in broadsheets and i found out about the ministry of health in KSA. they really have good offer and they don't require experience. I really want it but the problem is that they require one to be 22 years old and above. my 22nd birthday is still 6 months away which means i am not qualified. They also accept BSN graduates without license as long as you're a muslim. and guess what? i am not so i'm back to zero again..hahai..
  6. i am interested but are they(MMC) currently hiring?
  7. i don't think these hospitals really hire nurses right away. the trend right now is that hospitals require training first. and when i say training, the nurse has to pay a certain amount in order for her or him to be enrolled.. =(
  8. hi.. we share the same problem.. i am licensed already but i also don't know where to apply.. i tried 2 hospitals you have mentioned (UST and CAPMED).. ust hospital reuires a passing rate of 80% and above national kidney institute requires IVT license and BLS license PHC and Capitol med need: TOR my mind is as troubled as yours coz i also don't know how long it takes for these hospitals to process applications..=c
  9. oh my..so i really have to start as volunteer? My classmate told me that some hospitals are really hiring..i still have to verify that news though..

I wanna apply there too. However, someone from poea told me that I'm not qualified because I'm only 21. Huhu. I'm just waiting for my 22nd birthday (February next year) then I'll try again. Anyways, yes my friend who's already working there told me that the contract of KSA_MOH is 1 year (with all the yummy benefits like housing, food and plane tickets).
  11. i want to apply in local hospitals..can u give me ideas about the hospitals in metro manila? how long does it take local hospitals to employ applicants? i really don't know anything about it..please help..
  12. i am planning to work here first..i'm planning to take nclex but not in in a year or two..i wanna try my luck in local hospitals but i don't know what hospitals in metro manila offer good benefits to employees..
