i recommend D. PGH it's a 6 months training program, you'll spend 10k. The money spent is worth it because you will encounter various cases and procedures which i haven't handled much during my college days. you will definitely learned a lot after 6 month training. you'll be rotated in different areas 3 months on wards and 3 months on special area of your choice. Good luck! choose wisely!=)

daisy i have the same problem hir..almost all hospitals in Us require at least 1 yr experience.. i still don't have a 1 yr experience and i am also looking for an employer b/c my nclex will expire soon.are there employers there who accept forreign graduate RN ?

are there hospitals in usa who accept foreign rn with little or no nursing experience? thanks need ur help guys, i just passed the nclex exam. i am worried that i won't have a employer for my license will expire by 2012.. nursing agencies here in our country only accept nurses with at least 2 years experience:crying2:
