Thank you silverdragon :-) I'll probably register with them mid march... it's quite a relief to get that email from the nm bon, but i dint expect to be this anxious. i'll let it sink it first then focus on the next task.

hi w_padre... about the NM fingerprint cards. i emailed them also but was advised that they don't send out fingerprint cards anymore. what you can do is, if you live in manila, you can go to the U.S. embassy mon-fri. bring your NM application form...
