Can anyone help; I was hoping if you can help me! I'm currently a new LPN! I recently interviewed with a director at an assisted living facility and have to interview with the DON next week. He indicated that it will be a more hands on interview and that it'll be technical! Can you please tell me what to expect on an interview with a DON? Do they pimp you and check your skill level, is there a written exam, what type of questions should I be prepared to answer? Thanks alot if you can help!

I passed the NCLEX! The pearson vue trick really is a good thing to know how to do, it help relieves alot of the anxiety! I pd for the quick results on sat. and see that I PASSED! AMEN, THANK YOU GOD! GOOD LUCK to all the future NCLEX takers!

I am so relieved to see that I passed under the quick results! Yippee, I'm finally a Nurse! Its been a long hall, but I hung in there and did what I had to do! The pearson vue trick really works and helps lift alot of the anxiety while waiting for your official result! Amen and thank God for his many blessings! Thank you allnurses for your support!:-)

Did you try the pearson vue trick everyone is talking about to see what type of msg it gives you?

I haven't heard of this happening, but my friend told me she had the same type of question but with different answers to choose from! How many questions did you take before the computer shut off on you?

Girl I know how you feel, I take my exam tomorrow morning and I'm scared as well! I'm sure it'll be a whole new experience! I too, feel like I'm not studying enough and have spent 8-10hr days in the last couple of weeks str8 studying! I'm so burnt out! I don't like feeling this type of anxiety, but on the other hand it's a life changing experience for me and will only make my life better! I've come a long way with trying to become a Nurse, and now that I'm hours away from the NCLEX, it makes me feel really good knowing how much i've accomplished! I'm proud of myself and pray that I continue to do well with all my nursing endeavors! More importantly, I wish myself, you and all who have to take the NCLEX this month-Good Luck! Prayer works so please don't leave it out!

Hello all, I'm scheduled to take the NCLEX PN on Thursday, June 11. OMG I am so nervous, anxiety is setting in and I'm a wreck! I've been studying for wks now and I think I hit a wall. Tired of going over this stuff and hearing how different the set up is on the NCLEX anyways. More importantly, I am going over the basics and s/s, stuff like that! I'm just ready to get it over with and pray that I pass-God willing! So until then, I'll try to stay focused and do my very best on that day!
