Unemployed NURSE
Hello everyone.. Also an unemployed nurse here. Passed the NLE last June 2007. I'm supposed to get employed in one of the hospitals in New Zealand (before they refuse accepting SPN graduates) but PRC can't find my board certificate until now, so I lost that chance. Anyway, I'm done with my IELTS and now preparing for my NCLEX exam. I also applied at POEA for possible employment in KSA but still haven't got a call from them since September 2008. Well, although it's hard to find work here, I'm staying positive. I just have to do things one at a time. Goodluck and God bless to all and I hope the year 2009 will be a fruitful year for all of us...

Anyone Knows An Agency For Uae Who Doesn't Require Working Experience Pls..
Hi... My close friend works in one of the government hospitals in Dubai and told me that he can't help find a job there unless I have at least 3 years hospital experience. He said that screening for new nurses in their hospital is harder now than it used to be when he started out. He wont advise me to go thru an agency since the salary is lower and no food allowance will be given. So he advised me to work in KSA instead and gain work experience there.

Hello miss_ganda... I'm from the province (Zamboanga City), would you advise me to submit my documents at SRO Makati or I can just submit it at POEA? Which do you think would be better or processes our documents faster? Thanks a lot in advance...

Hi guys... I have already submitted the requirements for KSA at our regional POEA office last September 2008. Until now, I have not received any news/movement of my application. I heard from friends that applicants who have submitted their papers directly at SRO Makati, got screened right away and some are already waiting for their departure dates. Any idea regarding this? Also, the documents I have submitted at our POEA regional office were just photocopies. Can you please advise me what are the documents which requires authentication? Thanks a lot...

89.1% Pass the NCLEX
Thanks a lot for the reply... I just graduated from nursing last March 2007 and now preparing the requirements for NCLEX-California.. We were told by some of our friends who passed the nlcex not to apply for CA because it's more difficult than those in other states, and that it's not a good entry point for newly graduates. After knowing about all these myths and wrong infos, I can have peace of mind.... Thanks again!!!

89.1% Pass the NCLEX
Hi there... I heard that NCLEX exam in California is much more difficult than those in other states (Florida, Texas, New Mexico). Is this true? Or this is just one of those myths?
