75 questions & waiting...
Shiamay - what a wonderful and inspiring story. I know you will make a great nurse. Many congratulations to you, and many thanks to you and your husband for so many years of dedicated service to this country. Now, you will begin serving in an entirely different, yet still incredibly important way. My hat goes off to you! :balloons::yelclap::smiley_aa

200 questions or bust.....Help Me
Yeah, it could be tomorrow morning, or it could actually be Wed. morning. They will not update Sat night or Sun night. So, nothing appears Sun morning or Monday morning usually. There's a two day delay where they don't update. Providing your school submitted your transcripts, and everything is up to date with your application file, you might likely have your name appear early Wed. morning. I know it's confusing. Waiting for the result, even for a few days, is torture.

They keep very odd hours. They will update in about 12 hours. It's usually done in the middle of the night, about 0400. The date posted will be the date of the prior day. It's odd. Tonight when they update, they'll call it Monday, June 25, even though it will technically be Tue, June 26, 0400. I got my results Saturday morning, (June 23rd) but according to them, it was Friday, June 22. Weird, I know. They are a day behind. Good luck!

How many got only 75 questions?
Packerfan - your test sounds a lot like mine and many others' here - mostly prioritization, some pharm, and little to no med calc, all over in 75 questions. People seem to be passing with that recipe, so you might very well have done great. I had one evil med calc, which I'm usualy good at - but this one... it had two sets of conversions, and three calculations in one problem! It was a little tough, but I got it right. I was nervous about the test in general so this math problem weirded me out. I have no idea why they threw that odd, complex problem at me, but thankfully it was the only one!

Just took NCLEX - RN today!
My best wishes to you, packerfan18! I had a job offer before I took the test too, and cannot take the job without a license. I found out on Saturday that I passed, so that's a huge relief. I will keep my fingers crossed for you too!

75 questions & waiting...
Hahahah...no I'm not a test writer, I've just had so many of those darn questions drilled into my head over the past month, that I swear, I am now thinking like the NCLEX... ...which is frightening. :balloons::monkeydance:Congrats to you too on passing!! YAY!!!:monkeydance::balloons:

Holy Moley, Laura! 25 minutes! I took over an hour to do my 75 questions. I passed too, so it's all good, but wow! Your keyboard must have been on fire! :chuckle:

200 questions or bust.....Help Me
I understand just wanting to know - it IS nervewracking. If none of your classmates are showing up on the BON site, and you know for a fact that they have tested, then maybe there has been a delay in the school submitting your records. (??) I wish I knew for sure and could help you more, but your guess is as good as mine. If you are brave, you could call the CA BON, and see if they can verify whether or not you have a license over the phone. If you opt not to do that, you may have to wait another week or two to get a letter in the mail with your results. The snail mail notification system can take a while in CA. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. I understand that the wait is extremely frustrating.

200 questions or bust.....Help Me
1hotrn - did you go to this site and see if you have a nursing license? Just enter your first and last name. http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/wllqryna$lcev2.startup?p_qte_code=RN&p_qte_pgm_code=7800 Also, are you either foreign born and don't have a Social Security number, or is it possible your School of Nursing had not submitted your transcripts yet when you took your test? Either of those things would cause delays. Also, you can pass or fail at any number - there's really no way to tell. Chances are, if you got one and only one math problem, you probably got it right. I got one, and I got it right. They never asked me another one. If you got it wrong, they'd probably give you more to be sure you can actually do the math.

Tee-hee. Anything I can do to bring some joy and laughter to some very stressed out future nurses. I know laughter helped me A LOT when I was preparing for, and awaiting my NCLEX results. Found out today...I PASSED!

California Nclex results???
I just took my test on Wed., so I don't have results yet. I can understand about being nervous to call the BON. It's intimidating, huh? If you don't feel comfortable with it, maybe wait out the next week, if you can, and see if anything appears. I've heard that it can take a while sometimes...you might also get something in the US Mail, also.

California Nclex results???
Otan11 - I might recommend calling the BON? I know it can vary quite a bit as to how quick they get their results up. Reading the posts here, I have seen some people get them in three days, some in three weeks... So, unfortunately, it's hard to say exactly when your name will show. Good luck, and try calling if you don't hear anything.
