  1. Think she could chart an admission in the home? Ha!! Let's be real........
  2. I forget sometimes that the car is actually for MY use also!!!!
  3. Any agency that does not provide cars or pay mileage for the use of the SN car is for the birds................
  4. Going to the hospital first is a GREAT idea, ICU is a great way to get very comfortable with your assessment skills. In HH you need good skills, you are the only medical eyes in the home...good luck!
  5. Oasis is a killer but once you get it you will be so proud of yourself!! Don't get frustrated, hang in......
  6. Hello all. I also am amazed at what HH is going to. We are required to see 5-7 pts, admissions, ROCs, recerts are all counted the same as a f/u visit, and you are NOT allowed any OT, get it done in 8!! People keep quitting.....what to do?......

Not sure why you are looking for a status code as paraplegia can be the reason you have all the NOT wonderful things that follow ie neurogenic bladder, atrophy etc... maybe not enough info..??? :) I would code what we are treating and put parapl on down the list to explain..... Please share other ideas....
