I took about a dollar an hour cut switching from med-surg floor in a hospital that I hated to an ICU position in a hospital I love. It was worth every penny and I would do it again without hesitation. Sanity is priceless.

2.1, little old lady who was shopping at the mall felt a little SOB. She went to a walk in clinic since she couldn't shake feeling tired and they sent directly over to the ICU.

I think I work on the same floor. I could have written that post myself. I feel for you.

"Clinical Calculations, Kee, 5th edition?" That is the correct one. The other two you will use the most in 1500's and 1600's are the Taylor one Sugar mentions, Fundamentals in Nursing and then Health Assessment for Nursing Practice by Wilson. About the same as NBMom1225, almost 1400. Got the uniforms, supplies, PDA and most of my books. Just need two more books that weren't in, the nurse pac and a bag to fit all this stuff in.

We can't pick it up yet because it is still being printed is what I was told. I was down there Monday to start picking up my books and I went into the office to ask about it. I'm planning on going back down next week to hopefully get the rest of my books and ask again about it. Terry is on vacation and the lady filling in for her couldn't give a date as when it would be ready.

Got mine in the mail today. August start.
