Maybe you did'nt write the correct format when sending them email, did you put your case number on the "Subject" of the email? The name of the petitioner and the beneficiary's name must also be written on the letter. or maybe you change you email address that's why it didn't match in their records.

Hello pampangaKid, I am not under H1-C, I undergo CP, I am waiting for my packet 4 or interview schedule at the American consulate in the Philippines. But I do have a friend who went the same route as yours- H1C, and she was offered a salary of $26/hr when she signed up with them in 2005 before the retrogression lifted, then her salary increase 3 times within two years, she's now receiving $34/hr, 36hrs/week, with night and evening diff, weekend diff of 4$ and a holiday pay of one time and half, not bad I think compare to my salary offer:o of less than 25$/hr, 40hrs/week.:angryfire What state are you going?

It is better to see the mailed checklist from the NVC, you will see there the actual missing or incomplete documents that they need, my lawyer scanned and emailed me the letter from NVC, and my own eyes saw that passport copy is what they need so my lawyer resubmitted it for the 2nd time around, maybe ask your lawyer a copy of this letter if possible.

Thank you agp_ph! I advised my lawyer to call the NVC and she did, the only requirement missing is a copy of passport which was already resubmitted last July 17, 2007 but I don't know why they want to rebsubmit it again:madface:

H1-B is not available for nurses, maybe the agency wants to say H1C visa.

May I know if the hospital orientation of foreign nurses let's say 12weeks is a paid orientation? what I mean to say is that will these nurses receive their salary while under the orientation?

Yeah I have a friend who is working in Mercy Hospital in Baltimore Maryland under the H1-C visa, and according to her the place is very nice and the hospital too. I think not all hospital who petition H1-C have a bad environment, I think it depends on the place of the hospital.

Hi Suzanne4! If you're saying that you cannot have two petitions submitted at the same time for immigrant status therefore is it possible to have 1 pending immigrant(family sponsored) petition and 1 non immigrant petition eg. H1B,H1C etc?

What if my original license is in Vermont then it was endorsed to the state of Illinois and it is still valid at this time meaning it has not yet expired then my license in Vermont got expired, can I endorse my license in Illinois to another state? But as far as I know, it is the NVC who makes an appointment letter and not the US embassy consulate abroad, if the NVC has sent her files to the US consulate abroad then expect that a scheduled date has been made.:uhoh21:

Hi Sweet Nurse, my friend received the same reply after she submitted her DS230 last June 2007 "missing document or incomplete form" but when her agency received the letter from the NVC,she was surprised because the missing document or incomplete form they are saying is that she failed to write in her DS230 form her where abouts from year 2001-2003:o

Mine too, still no change in the automated voice response of nvc. Is there someone in this forum knew if the NVC will release the August visa bulletin this July 13th? What I know is that there are visa left for aug and sept, and it's only the 60k visa w/c were recapped has been allocated this July for all EB3. Am I correct?:uhoh21:

Your lawyer is correct, but he should have mentioned in his letter that you will need to submit another DS230 for you and your dependents during the interview where in your dependents are included or will be coming with you, but the problem with this, your visa and your dependents visa will be delivered around 2-4weeks late compared with other applicants whose family members' visa fee bill were paid and included in packet 3, because the embassy will need much time to review the documents you submitted for your dependents(DS230 and other legal docs). This happened to my friend who is under the contract of Albany medical center.
