Hi Everybody, Can anybody tell me about the H1-B visa,are there any available??An agency told me theres a hospital willing to petition me for a H1-B visa and then I can change over to a Green card.What are the risks going on a H1-B visa??I would much prefere waiting for a GC but was told it will take 18 months at least.Any info.on this would be greatly appreciated.ThanXXXX;)

Hi, Ye I sat the nclex in london 2wks ago and passed,dying to get to the states,heard the nursing is great there.I'am hoping to go to ny in aug.whats the prospect of getting a job and sponsorship for green card??I dont think the retrogression with the visa applies to us.I've decided to go it alone as the agencies were taking too long.
