Yep, you're best bet is to call them yourself and ask. They will provide you will the necessary information, and it's bound to be accurate :)

To tell you the truth, the amount of questions does not signify whether you passed or failed. I wish I could give you some positive encouragement, but good luck, I really hope you passed!

I think mine said to round to two decimal places, which means write 1.75, not 1.8. I'm almost positive it was this way, but then again I was stressed...

Personally, I don't want to scare you, but the questions that appear on the NCLEX will be very similar styles to those on the study guides, but I personally thought they were more difficult. Don't worry though, I see you are using Saunders and I think you should pass even with just that book :)

I personally think it really depends on the person. I for one did it and did not pass my first NCLEX. It turns out it was because Kaplan seems to be not as content oriented. It does prepare you for question style and answering techniques. I seriously recommend that anybody that does this course also does Saunders on the side. Don't forget a medication book too.

200 questions, whoo they really put you through a lot :) Congradulations on passing! I actually don't know anybody who got over that many questions, the most my friends got was 135! Strange exam...

Well, to update, the results are good, they just ended up postponing my start date until December. Turns out many people hired did not pass. Makes me feel alot better :)

From what I heard, it's best to go by Saunders. I did a little of everything, but mainly stuck to Kaplan and failed. What I hear is Kaplan is good for question technique, but sticking just to Saunders should help you pass! Good luck!

It's good to hear someone with positive things to say :) I also get in phases where I can't imagine that they would throw me out, they would have to do something since I got hired. But then I get scared...I mean, such a place like Mayo..they can do what they want...I'm just so scared, I feel it was by luck that I got in, I have my heart set on this place, and now to lose it. I just recently found out I failed, it was my first time taking the exam. Hang in there, what I was advised to do is take a short break. That's the only way I could cope with this extreme stress. I feel sick when I think about it, and still do. There is no choice, we must go on, we musn't let some stupid exam bring us down so much. Take a break, and get back to studying :) Best of luck to you!

Reidme, considering it is very rare to hear somebody with such confidence after they took this exam, I can probably safely say you passed :) Good luck and congrats :)

..and found out on Monday that I failed. Ouch, there goes 200 dollars. I did the Kaplan review, and a bit of Saunders, and was getting scores on Kaplan that showed that I would pass 100%. The story gets more complicated, and I have a question for all of you. I actually got a job at the Mayo ICU before I took this exam. I am actually scheduled to start next week. Do you think because of this stupid exam I lost my position? I mean, what's the worst they can do? Have I lost the job? I'm really scared. Another thing pertaining to the exam, I don't feel this exam adequately tests the knowledge of a nursing student, and I feel cheated. The set of 75 questions which I got was preposterous. I have been working as a student assist in the ICU for all of last semester, and this is exactly my specialty, and it is what my job will be. I had NO ICU questions in this entire exam, instead I was thrown questions on topics such as schizophrenics having sex and strange situations with elders and cats in the same household. What is this? My job is on the line because I answered such questions wrong? Also, I don't feel that I'm a weak student, I graduated with almost all A's and with honors... I'm actually off to fight for my position, but this is so stressful for me. I thought I had studied well, but obviously I need to study more content. Has anybody else ever had such an experience where a job has been on the line b/c of this exam?
