My 2 yr old has asthma and I don't always know when an attack is coming. What seems to help him is me holding him & getting him calm (as much as possible) Eye contact is key for us. We always keep a cool environment too. I lug around a nebulizer everywhere we go. He has an inhaler but isn't competent with it just yet. BTW, if anyone knows of any smaller, compact nebs that are still efficient, I'd like to know. thanks

I am signed with Novapro & they do allow home travel. For some assignments, you have to live a certain number of miles away from the facility (like 50) to receive housing stipend. I am actually looking at some close to me right now. PM me or email me if you want specifics.

Hey everyone I also live in a small town in south GA, Hazlehurst. I currently work in rehab/LT care. I'm looking to cross over to ER soon. I'm an RN and am taking classes thru Kaplan for Forensic Nurse. I hope to become certified as a SANE. Nice to meet you all.

Hey, I have also inquired about Kaplan's program. Apparently they have a forensic nurse certificate. The IAFN recognizes it as an acceptable program in order to take the test for the forensic nurse certification (along with the other qualifications). I was also told I only had a couple of days to come up with a down payment. must be part of the plan to get people to sign up with them.
