All my PPD skin tests come back positive but thats because I have had a BCG vaccine. When I do have a chest x-ray it always comes back negative. If you're chest x-ray comes back negative then you're ok if not then you will have to seek medical attention.

ok so I applied for a position at a local hosp here in AZ about 2 months ago, last week they call me to have a physical done and the usual pee test. Then today I get an email...not even a phone call saying that their background co was unable to get a hold of any of my past supervisors? what?. Now they want me to hand deliver 2 refrences....I just moved here two months ago? I am also annoyed with this hosp. I have a job and just needed a per diem position with them to make extra cash but now I dont think its worth it. Is it just me or is this hosp just annoying? :madface:

I work perdiem for two different hospitals and there has never been an issue!

You have a script so I dont see a problem

Recalculate and then double check with the dr....7yrs in nursing and have never seen anyone take 40 tablets of laxis...unless the hosp has them in 1mg and the pt needs 40 mg which is possible but I think the pharmacy would have the pills in 5,10 mgs etc etc

I dont know anything about FEMA but it sounds like the answer is TRUE

look at LTC facilities they are more than likely hiring

Any certification will only help you BUT do you really want to pay for the ACLS cert when you're future employer will more than likely pay for it?....

I know its a pain in the rear but the BON will be you're best resource.
