allow me to correct that... VT licenses are renewed on a fixed biennial schedule: march 31 of the odd years for RNs and january 1 of the even years for LPNs. thus, a RN in VT has until 31 march 2007 to apply for a renewal of his/her license, and once approved the license shall cover a two-year period.

please indulge me with a few of my observations. i can't blame anyone who's skeptical especially on this issue. so much has been said about it (and it seems it'll not rest any sooner) that you should take everything with a grain of salt. no one can definitely say how things would go, not even the moderators of this public forum (no disrespect intended). some would openly give their (un)solicited advice, perhaps basing them on their supposed wealth of personal & professional experience, while some look the other way, get their facts straight, offer a critique, or even poke fun at times. but the worst people are those who muddle up the issue with the intent to serve or gratify their biases, or pejoratively instill a culture of fear & uncertainty amongst users of this forum. so there it is. pick your poison & choose well. after all, it is all up to YOU.

would you assume that, since it would be difficult to identify who did & did not cheat, all of them are cheats?
