I am a LPN nursing student in CT. I am not sure if they do this up north, but a lot of jobs will actually pay for you to further your education. Does anyone know about these type of programs?

My advice to you...is to apply to many nursing programs the ones that have accelerated RN degrees...and a lot of schools offer them...even online....and see where that takes you....talk to advisors...see how long the wait will be...and what you have ...
