Yes, it was made clear to me when I went up to visit the campus and met with my advisor. But before that, I didn't know about clinicals. I don't have my first clinical until August 30th.

From what I hear it depends on the hospital. And by state law they have to provide you with a break.

Salary here is very good. With a 2 year degree, I can make about 60k a year right after graduation.

Thank you, I take that as a compliment. I didn't score VERY high, but I took over 10 state tests. 3 sciences, 2 maths, a language, 3 histories. Some of those grades were very high. I will be asking my advisors these questions, and all of your replies...

Your first week of classes probably won't involve much work. You'll probably go over the syllabus and get introductory notes. So just make sure you get the rest of the books by the end of the first week.

For school, if you're on a tight budget, get a cheap one. Once you head out in the field and you have the money, get a good one.
