thanks nurz2be!!! got another interview at Orlando Florida Hospital. but i might not go for it. their program for international nursing graduates will start on monday. everything's in a rush. & Orlando is an hour away from my place..the travel will be an add on stress.

hi everyone! i'm a newly licensed RN. i've applied online at these 3 hospitals.. wuesthoff, health-first, & parrish. tom i have an interview at wuesthoff. but i didn't get any respond yet from parrish & health-first. what if i get hired at wuesthoff?? should i accept it immediately or is it okay if i wait for the response of the 2 other hospitals?? i really want to have an option if which one is better. can anyone please give me a feedback on working in these hospitals??? i've heard lots of postive feedback at parrish. and they say that cape canaveral is a great place to. but at wuesthoff, a lot of people don't like it there. i wonder why. thanks in advance! hope to get a feedback from you guys. tnx!

don't be discouraged..it's just the start. i got 63% on qt1. your score is not bad at all. just try to brush up on the most important topics. as you go on answering test questions you'll see the improvement on your scores. use the strategies, it's helpful. goodluck to you!

work on your content first.. i suggest that after every topic like safety & infection control.. you can make use of the qbank and try 50 questions from that topic. content is very important so start with that then when you finshed everything, just answer lots & lots of test questions. goodluck & Godbless!

how many questions you had on your exam? 75 q's what did you use as a review material? saunders & kaplan enrolled in a review center or home study? kaplan review percentage of topics youre very familiar with on the actual nclex questions? about 90% maybe what did you feel after you finish your exam? when the computer stopped after 75 q's, i just said.."thank you lord!" i was so confident & happy, i knew i nailed it.. and with god's guidance.. i did passed!

I don't think they we're giving you more pharma questions coz that's your weak part. i noticed before on my practice questions that even if i'm answering test questions under physio integrity or psych there seem to be always a drug question. I'm praying for you wizard100...i'll be waiting for the good news! Godbless!

I just recently passed using Kaplan. It was my second take and Kaplan really helped me a lot! I read the kaplan course book once, & together with that I used Saunders book if I needed more detailed infos. I didn't really get to watch all the videos online. I felt really sleepy listening to it. But I answered all the test questions.. qbank & qtrainer. The practice questions are very helpful so I suggest you answer all the test questions. Then read all the rationales afterwards..right or wrong. Also use their strategies..it may not work in all questions but still try to use their test taking rules and strategies coz it helped me when i seem to be so helpless in answering a question so unknown to me. oh btw, i took my exam with 75qs and i felt so confident that i passed and i did. i even got 1 question i had from kaplan. just remember when you're doing practice questions..understand the rationales. Kaplan is a great tool for studying..it will just depend on how you will use it. if you need anything i'll be glad to help you. Goodluck & Godbless!

wizard100 & WAstateRN... i know that you both feel really anxious right now. it's so normal to get nervous coz this is a big exam. but i would like to tell you both to try to stay calm & relax as you can. just try to be confident. i don't want your anxiety to get in your way when you're taking the exam. take a deep breath when you feel like you're heart's beating so fast & you feel like your stomach's upset..coz that what i really felt that time. but tell yourself that you're going to be a RN after this exam and pray, pray, pray!
