took nclex....please help me!
I also took the test on the 15th and I stopped at 85 and PASSED! I am sure you did fine. I know what you mean about the nerves though. I was shaking so bad the lady had to shut my cell phone off for me. then it took me about two minutes to open the locker because i couldnt' get the key in..then when i left I went straight to the mall to try to calm down and here I left the keys in the car running the whole 2 hours I was shopping! Hopefully you will get your results soon so you can get to relax! I finially had a good nights rest last night with out having dreams of that test. where are you from and how long do you have to wait for your results?

I was just wondering if your on any kind of waiting list i know the rn program i was in had a two year wait but i got in a year earlier.. but now there wait is even longer any more im now going into the lpn program and i still have to wait a year for that then im just going to bridge over to rn at a diffrent school. but if you cant get in any sooner take as many coures as you can before the actual program so you can focus on mainly the nursing classes. good luck

A question for moms...
Ten years ago I was in your shoes wondering the same thing... I was constantly wondering about the little time I had with my son and after a semester in school I dropped out...And I am honestly telling you that there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about how that was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Here I am now ten year later and still just "getting by" and at such a young age that my son was; he probably wouldnt have remembered the times I would have missed with him. Now I have three children and two of them are still very yound one is 3 and the other is 1 and I am going back to school for nursing. I just got my acceptance letter on tuesday and although I will miss some time with them I know this is the best thing for them.

1st Semester LPN Program
hi, I'm also going into the lpn program but not until the spring..fall classes were already full, but acording to some of the people I know and my class listing that i got already, you will learn a and p , diatary, i think geratrics is usually the first clinical which is good for you.. you learn the bed making the diffrent lifts, the bed side rules, grooming and bathing etc. also ( the thing im worried about) the dosage calculations, also medical terminology and basic nursing including all the malpractice stuff.. I keep bugging everyone I know about what to expect so i can prepair alittle before I actually go. I was in a rn program about ten years ago. but i never finished and that was a little more spread out.. I am extremly nervous about how quick we will be expected to learn each thing like the a&p just that alone is so much to learn.oh well i am glad i found this web site. I know I'll be asking alot of questions!

I borrowed a book and my 3 year old got at it and distroyed it and i have been looking for it like crazy. If its the same, by any chance would you be able to get the phone number for the book store you ordered it from... I just took the test last friday and i can tell you that there seemed to be alot of fractions also fractions in algerbra problems. i basically studied that net study guide and i passed there was one other book that ill try to get the name for you it has alot more practice problems. please let us know how you do and Good luck!!
