Yes, I know that the BON should confirm the results and forward it to CGFNS. My question is do i have to submit the "Verification of registration/license" form of CGFNS? If so, what should I write in the License number and Status of my license,since i do not have a license, i only have the NCLEX-RN passing letter that sent to me from BON.

I tried contacting BON but the phone is always busy and get put on hold. I even emailed them several times but i didn't get any response. Maybe some nurses here might have ideas of what to do.

Hi I would like to ask if there is still a need to submit "Validation of Registration" form of CGFNS to California Board of Nursing to only request a copy of results forwarded for Visa Screen to CGFNS. Or it is enough for a personal letter request and pay the fees. As i don't have SSN yet so i don't have any license. If the form needed, what should i put in the license number and the status of license. Your response is highly appreciated.

Its not indicated in the contract whether aspire or achieve but i already passed the NCLEX. Good to know though that you know some people who signed up with them that are already in US. Any shared good and bad experience ?

I read from other nursing forums... "The board will be able to verify your test results even if your files was destroyed by the CA Board." They even discussed that the nclex results will not be destroyed and you dont need to take nclex anymore when you passed already.. Only the files you have sent to CABON that will be abandoned and destroyed. How reliable is this??

hello.. i need some help. i took my NCLEX RN last the October 2008 , in the philippines, and i was expecting the results to be delivered in my previous address but unexpectedly, they didn't accept/ receive it as i moved out from my previous address. Should i send a change of address form to BON to get the results? I cant trace the mail anymore and maybe it has been returned . hope you could help me on this.
