  1. @Jpowers, I will be starting my second semester at Maryville, I work full time, ,married with a 5year old and a one year old. It is definitely doable it is about knowing what is due and planning a schedule/routine that works for you. They are some weeks that will be slower than others in the sense that you will have less due, use that time to catch up on busier weeks. Discussion board is due every wednesday, weekly group meetings then a big project on sundays. So far no tests(although I hear we will be doing test in Patho), just tons of papers. Let me know if you need any further assistance
  2. @Jansnow12 the average wait time is 2 to 3weeks. Goodluck and let us know

  11. sounds to like a panel interview. They might go around the table and everyone will ask you a question at the time, most of the time in panel interviews, questions will be framed in a way that answers will tell them about your personality. Also, be prepared clinically, try to review the most common issues patients/residents have CHF, pneumonia,CVA.Most of the time during interviews they tend to ask you questions about what their current issues are for example, if they have had a lot of hearing aides come up missing , they might ask you what will u do if someone loses their hearing aide. Try to formulate questions you will ask at the end of your interview. if you are a new grad and need experience I will take the job stay there for about 6months to a year then try reapplying to places close to home. Goodluck!!! Let us know how it goes
  12. If, it was at her previous job and she failed to disclose immediate termination, if it is some place she works at simultaneously , then I will suspend her pending investigation.

  16. Hello everyone, I need help First I was an LPN, then did the bridge program through a community college so now i have an ADN. I got admitted into GMU RN-BSN but i have been thinking of doing it online instead. I have narrowed down my online choices to University if Wyoming and Ft.Hays.state University mostly because of the price, however I really want something which I can finish in 12-18mos so I can go for my MSN.I have almost all general education classes except statistics I think. Are there any people out there in any of the aforementioned programs any input will be greatly appreciated. Am looking to start this fall too I know its kinda late. Thanks
  17. The trick works. I took my nclex yesterday June 4th after my results were delivered i tried to re register and it wont let me. I just called VBON license verification # and I was issued a license this morning June 5th
  18. OMG am still in complete shock, I have actually called VBON license verification number two or three times who knows I stopped counting. I took nclex RN yesterday when it didnt shut off at 75 I stopped paying attention am really unsure of how many questions I ended up having but am sure it was not up to 90.Anyhow I had mixed feelings about the exam I missed a simple question as a matter of fact the only question that repeated itself from my NCLEX4000 review I guess I was too excited. When I came home I checked the pearson vue trick it didnt let me reregister which calmed my nerves a little but of course I was still in doubts.First thing this morning I checked online and my name wasnt there eventhough it had been updated this morning so I called the verification number and thank you GOD I had been issued my license. AM AN RN. Thank who ever discovered the pearson trick and thank the people on this website for helping me keep my sanity
