hello, i am curious to know is N.V.C.accepting DS230 form.recently my i140 has approved and I am thinking to fill-up DS230 form.

hi to everyone, Iam please to inform you all that my i-140 has been approved this month although my case was at Texas center but it took almost 11 month.good luck to all who are waiting for their approval.

my story ofI-140 is very sad i am the one who is waiting since last 11 month my case is also at Texas centre.my first petition was cancelled by USCIS in the month of auguest 07 which was filled by my agency in the month of oct 2006 but they did not disclosed it to me after all they refilled in feb2007 and still it has not been approved.i dont know what i should do,i tried to contact to agency but they say wait it would approve in near future..................... please suggest me what i should do? whom i can contact? i am totally lost and always cursing my destiney......................what else i do .some body please help.

i am from India and i i have a problem in my I-140 petition my case is at Texas centre and it was filed in the month of sep 2006 it all most 9 month are over and still it is pending i have searched USCIS site the e-mail id is of no use it is not working and the contact phone numbers...........whenever i call them always get some computerized answers , as a whole i did not get any satisfactory response or i am totally unable to contact them i have my receipt number which i almost daily use to check my I-140 update and i have an account also regarding this in USCIS website but it was last updated in jan2007. i am requesting to all of you please guide me, what shall i do to enquire about my I-140 status ,any useful email i.d. or contact no ?????????? :uhoh3::uhoh3::uhoh3:

hi every one, my I-140was filed on oct 20 2006 in Texas centre almost 9 month back and still not been aproved,i have an account on USCIS web site and i daily check my status but always it shows its pending.when i asked my agency why there is delay they just gave me reassurance,one day i called to Texas centre but no body answered............ if any body knows any email address or any contact information of Texas centre please share with me so i can investigate why there is delay in my processing. thanks.

thanks a lot for your explanation suzanne4 kindly suggest to all international nurses who have passed all relevant exams to immigrate to U.S. and their I-140 is still pending,and as you are not recommending H-1c visa,so what are the other option for all international nurses?just to wait and watch or we shall look job in other countries? please comment. regards.

JUST NOW I HAVE CHECKED USCIS OFFICIAL SITE FOR UPDATE OF MY I-140 AT TEXAS CENTRE,WHEN I SAW NEW UPDATE I WAS SHOCKED TILL YESTERDAY THE CURRENT DATE FOR I-140 WAS 13 NOV 2006,BUT TODAY IT DISPLAYING AUG1,2003?MY GOSH: WHAT IS THIS I WAS JUST COUNTING DAYS FOR MY I-140 APPROVAL AND THE DATES HAVE BEEN PUSHED BACK,THIS IS ONLY FOR TEXAS CENTRE OTHERWISE FOR ALL OTHER CENTRES CURRENTS DATES OF I-140 APPROVAL IS IN 2006,AND THER ARE SOME DIFFERENT CATOGARIES IN I-140 PETIONS IN TEXAS AND AND OTHERS CENTRE....................I HUMBLY REQUESTING TO ALL OF YOU KINDLY ENLIGHTEN TO ME ON THIS ISSUE,WHY THERE ARE HUGE DIFFERANCE IN CURRENT I-140 APPROVAL DATES? thanks Lawarance my i-140 was filed by my agency and they gave me a receipt number by which i usually check my case status on line,as per the Texas centre site current date of processing is nov13 2007.i am hoping by next month my i 140 will possibly approved.thanks for response.

hi there you are not alone who is facing this i am on the same boat,mine i140 was filed in Oct 2006 and my case is at Texas center which is comparatively consider faster but still my case has not been approved always counsel myself under certain circumstances we can not do any thing's stay positive

score good marks in anatomy and microbiology this could be a good way of saying thanks,afterall a teacher always wants that their students perform well in studies.NO MONEY PLZ.

it is not well clear to me that do we need to keep an eye on time while appearing for nclex R.N.exam.one of my friend told me that she could not perform well due to short of time she had 265 question and unfortuntly she did not pass.as in cgfns we must allot one minute per question ,what all precaution one can take related to time factor, in nclex R.N. kindly suggest. zinn
