Resolved my dilemma!~! I have been constantly checking on availability of schedules in HK, practically almost every 10 minutes...hahaha well, I got lucky, found a slot for Ocotber, not so bad at all.

*sigh* I wish I can do Saipan but I can not opt for that testing center because I am on a tight budget. I have already paid for that $150 extra charge for international test site. In addition to that, my family is sort of complaining about the costs...
