I had a pt today with a trach and had a t piece at 28%. What is a t piece? I know it's delivering oxygen but is that the only purpose for it or it can be used for another reason?

and had 81 questions. I did the PVT and got "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam". Thats a good sign Right? Just making sure I did it correctly.

I found out Thursday and I did PASS!!!!!

I took the ATI and i got 96% chance of passing the NCLEX exam. Our school requires you to get atleast a 95% until they let you graduate. I passed the NCLEX on the first try at 85 questions.

No this is a real patient and i do know what a small bowel obstruction is. But nevermind ill just ask my teacher for help. Since shes the one that said i should do a care plan for "potential for pain".

She might be in pain from the ng tube and iv threapy too. She has expressive aphasia thats why i cant really tell you what kind of pain she is in.

I was told Jacho is not at everybody hospital right now so some might use o.d. you just have to check what the hospitals policies are.
