  1. How are people like the teachers here, I heard some stories a few years back however I am planning on applying next semester but I really don't want to fail because a teacher just doesn't like me.
  2. Every time I see videos on this school I feel like it's a joke, does anyone else get that feeling too?
  3. How many years and hours a week of ICU can you do before becoming completely burnt out. I worked a Psych Ward before and was doing 3 16 shifts a week for 3 years and I feel like all my energy has been drained. However I am trying to get a few years of ICU experience and would love to think I can do a full time schedule (except maybe just keeping it at the 8 hour shifts instead of 16) Does anyone have experience with a previous burn out and then trying to get back into an intense work area?
  4. Hi everyone, I have a few questions from someone who is still in the ADN program and looking to bridge soon. 1. How competitive are the top 10 schools on the list? 2. Do they accept Doctor referrals? 3. How can I make my application stand out more so than others?
  5. What are the minimal requirements for CRNA applications, I am looking to apply in a few years but I don't want to cram everything to the last minute. How many shadow hours are people doing? Is the application process extremely competitive? How is the work / school balance? and How many years of ICU experience did needed (realistically)?
  6. For those that went here, could you tell me the pros and cons from the school, and if you were to do anything differently what would it be?
  7. I have to say this school was the most competitive out of all the campuses I applied to. I received a denial after 1 week and I turned in the application a couple days before the deadline. I have a 3.8 GPA and a 94% TEAS along with experience so I was a bit surprised. Did anyone have a similar experience?
  8. How are people liking the ADN program here? I went to do my prerequisites at this school and every time the ADN program was mentioned it seemed like everyone was unhappy with it. I hope that's not the case but I wanted to see in case I get in.
  9. Wow, thank you for the information. I know that CRNA school is extremely competitive and for some reason I had it in my head that I only needed a single year of ICU experience to add on my resume, so I am happy I saw this so I can start getting ahead of the game now!!
  10. Has anyone heard any news from the alternate program? I am assuming I did not get in but a confirmation would be nice haha
  11. Hi everyone, I recently got into the program as an alternate and was wondering if the Spring 2026 class has a group chat set up that I can join. I already feel slightly behind because alternates weren't invited to the orientation, so I've been just reviewing the powerpoint and hoping I have all the information I need. And if there isn't a group chat going would it be OK if I made one?
