I had 199 questions the last asking about bronchovesicular sounds and passed. Now it can't get any more basic than lung sounds, so keep your chin up and wait for the outcome. You may have passed. Johari :)

Thanks Oldnursenewnurse. I'm so relieved. I'm making dinner then off to bed for a long rest. Imagine today I had to do a medication examination and the ICU baseline exam... 100 questions for this and 50 for the med exam... arrggghhhhh but I did it with a smile. Nothing could rain on my parade today. :) I did pass both. I start the Critical Care Symposium next week. I'm so excited! Johari :)

Thanks Nursemomruns... atually the true impact is begining to hit me. I guess going back to work and realizing all the other new grads passed last week is begining to put things in perspective. But oh well, what's done is done. I guess I'll sit tight and see if I have an active license. Thanks for your kind words and all the ecouragement you readily give to everyone on this board. It does go a long way! :) At everyone else who is also waiting, I hear that numbers mean nothing and apparently the computer keeps going until it determines either way wether you are ready or not. What kills me is that I stayed on the dean's list the entire time in school and got out with very high scores on the ATI for graduation. It was truly a humbling experience to do 199 ques on the NCLEX. :) Sometimes there is a greater purpose on the things that happen and why the Lord allows them to happen. I'm faithful that whatever the outcome He will give me the strength to endure. Ofcourse right now my human nature is totally ignoring this and all that runs through my mind is Dear Lord I want this so bad! :) Johari :)

Never mind now it's over... you did your best and stopped at that magical number so smile. Mine kept going until 199!! Imagine my frustration and exhaustion! Anyway, it's over now, we should just wait and see. :) Johari :)

Job well done. I hope you all have the best outcome! :) I took mine and ended up with 199 questions... oh well. Lots of priority, infectious control, disaster, chargenurse etc.... Also 4 all that apply, one math at about 77 and two fill in the blank. Mercifully there were no diagrams. :) oh well, I turned this exam over to Christ at 0500 this morning and asked him to use me as His vessel. I sit waiting in faith ready to accept His outcome. Why worry when we can pray? :) Johari :)
