  1. I had no reaction to my first shot but my spouse did - because of prior COVID infection. Everyone I know who's had a strong reaction to the first shot had COVID previously.
  2. As far as I know, these are the valve-free reusable respirators with NIOSH approval: MSA Advantage 290 Dentec Comfort Air Nx I see Envo Mask has a new cover with without a valve but I cannot tell if they have NIOSH approval yet: https://store.envomask.com/filter-cover-ventless---accessory-p44.aspx I use the Envo Mask with the valve plug which has NIOSH approval (according to emails with Envo) The 3M 6000 Series has a valve filter which has NIOSH approval and is sold by 3M. Is anyone using this? https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/p/d/v101254496/
  3. I'm wondering how many members here have tried out some of these new valve-free reusable elastomeric respirators? I saw discussion on Twitter about this respirator, which looks like it has NIOSH approval and doesn't have an exhalation valve: https://encycla.com/Dentec_Comfort_Air_Nx - Dentec Comfort Air Nx (and there's an "NxMD" model in white for healthcare use) I also see that MSA has a respirator which now has NIOSH approval that doesn't have an exhalation valve - the MSA Advantage 260 - https://us.msasafety.com/advantage290 Wondering if anyone has experience with these & what their experiences have been. I have been using an Envo Mask with the valve plug but I do not feel like I get a perfect seal like I do with some of the more old school half masks I've tried in the past such as the North 7700.
