How is the enrollment process for Nightingale?

@PTlady I was thinking about joining ICHS, but am still up in the air about this program. Covid cases are high in Florida.

@NolineHow did your friend like the program? Was he/she able to complete clinicals?

I've heard that they have you retake prereqs that you have a C in. I also heard that it is a full time program, but it's 8 months long. I found a hybrid program in Los Angles. It's an ADN program. 2 days online with 1 day clinical/lab a week.

I was looking into Nightingale also, but I was thinking of applying to another college located in Los Angeles. The admissions person for Nightingale doesn't respond to my emails, so I chose another hybrid program which is located in California. It's a brand new program, but they have been doing the LVN program for a while. Plus they are registered with the BON.

Hi! I'm thinking of signing up for this school. How have the clinicals been? Are they in a hospital or nursing home? How are the exams? Are they based on the NCLEX style questions? Thanks!

Do they help you find your preceptor at the end?

@Tinamina so the cost of the program is around 26,000 which is not including the books. They give breaks in between sessions to allow for studying and preparing for the classes. Sunday is a whole day of lecture and the next day we take tests already.
