ICHS 2022
Hello, Are you taking the NCLEX in California or Florida? How long was the endorsement process for your classmates? Are their licenses valid and active in both California and Florida? What did you use to study for the exit exam? How much did you study per day and per week? What was your theory schedule like? Do you feel as though the instructors prepared you well for exams? I am currently an LVN in CA, doing prerequisites at a CC, and plan to transfer to ICHS once I'm done with prerequisites. I know ICHS takes Straighterline credits, but I am concerned that ICHS online prerequisite or straighterline prereqs will not meet the CA Board of Nursing requirements/standards. Any advice or input would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Tips for Passing NCLEX-PN?
Hello all, I took my NCLEX exam 6 weeks after graduating my program. I did about 300 questions on UWorld and watched 7/12 Mark Klimek videos. I failed my exam because I kept second-guessing myself (first guess was usually the right answer), and I also was new to the type of questions asked (patient needs follow up = look for which statement is false). I feel so discouraged that I did not pass my first time. Please give me advice/tips on how to pass. Giving up is not an option for me, but I just feel so upset and embarrassed at the moment. For repeat test takers, how did you overcome this feeling? Thanks in advance!

International College of Health Sciences Info
Hello all! Has anyone heard of International College of Health Sciences in Florida? For alumni and current students, how do you like the school? How are clinicals and lecture? I just graduated my LVN program, and I am looking into different options for becoming an RN. California nursing programs are just so difficult to get into. Any info would be much appreciated. Thank you!

LVN to RN programs in California?
Hello all, I am in the NorCal area/Bay Area. I have just completed my LVN program and am currently studying for the NCLEX-PN. Afterwards, I plan on obtaining my RN license. Whether it is ADN or BSN does not matter to me as long as it as an approved and accredited program. Does anyone know which ADN nursing programs have higher acceptance rates? I am looking into Mission College and Carrington College's LVN-RN program. For California ADN students, what college do you go to and what were your stats? How long did it take you to finish your prerequisites? Also, I plan on working full-time (3 x 12 hour shifts) while completing my prerequisites. Is this doable?

Carrington College, Sacramento LVN-RN Program Schedule?
Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has attended, has graduated, or is currently attending Carrington College in Sacramento. I would like to know the schedule for the LVN-RN program, tips on how to get in, the grades/scores that got you in, and any feedback. Is it possible to work part-time while in the bridge program? I am currently an LVN student at Unitek College. I'm taking the bridge prereqs during my LVN program and will continue doing so while gaining a year of experience as an LVN. Any response is appreciated. Thank you!
