Hi, I wonder where you guys got the apartment. I will be working here from July and looking for an apartment. They say it's unsafe over the hospital area, and I have no idea about Dallas yet. Do you guys have any recommendations for a safe and close area/apts to the hospital? Thank you.

Hi! I will be graduated in next week, and am seeking a job. I want to be an ICU nurse but couldn't get offers so far. Now I am waiting for the results from PCU, and got an offer from a med-surg unit--I need to reply back for my acceptance/decline offer for the med-surg by tomorrow, but didn't decide yet.. I read someone said, to be an ICU nurse, becoming a PCU nurse could be really a great pathway. Then becoming a med-surg nurse will be harder to become an ICU nurse? Also, personally, I don't like to work in the med-surg, but the hospital is good..so I am debating if I just get in my step first and then change the specialty would be better OR waiting for the specialty I want would be better.. Would you please give me some advice? I really don't know what to do.. Thank you!

Thanks! I got an offer too and was about to email HR. I'm not sure if this one is official or not either... does it mean we can accept the offer then can change later? I don't want to be rude, but I didn't get the result from other hospitals yet..

Hi! May I ask how long it would take for getting a job offer after the interview? And how long do I have to make a decision to accept an offer?

I heard you need to pay back if you quit if you are in the residency program. Maybe you could ask the manager if there are other options? or can they move you to other unit?

I wondered the same thing. Can I work for only 1-2 months?
