Hi me too, let's connect. I applied for this fall 23 cohort ABSN for Des Moine campus. I'v been trying to find more specific info regarding the program. It sounds very intense, and expensive but perhaps worth it. I'd have to find a place to live as well since I'd have to move from Oregon. Lets connect. I will private msg you. Thanks,

Mercy College of Health Sciences ABSN - Spring 2023
Josh, You talking about the ABSN in Iowa? If so, I'm pretty sure I will be starting the fall term, however I'm not sure I am comfortable taking this leap quite yet, because I know much about the details of this program, like from students. I saw their program, looks to be semesters and the courses are broken up into 8weeks meaning two terms per semester, I like that. Any advice? I would be moving from Oregon to Iowa. the Des Moine campus.

Mercy College of Health Sciences ABSN - Spring 2023
Hi, Is the Mercy you are talking about in Iowa? because I may start in the fall, but very nervous, I'd have to move there. I'm trying to find people who are in the program, see if it's actually doable, especially for the price and having to move. Please advice. Thanks or private message me and we can connect.

Mercy University ABSN Fall 2023
Thanks for your reply. I'm thinking about going to the Iowa campus. It's full time one year. I only have $ 12, 500 for fed loan left. The rest will be private loan . I will apply for some scholarship but that's usually only a few grand, but anything helps. No entrance exam for me. Just have to have all the pre recs done. I already have an BS. This is the ABSN program. If you learn of anyone who has gone through the Iowa mercy program please message me. All the Mercy college are different. I wish you all the best and congratulations on your acceptance! Exciting!

Mercy University ABSN Fall 2023
hi, I applied for this fall start of 2023, but OMG this is expensive. I live in ORegon and would need to move for a year. With the cost of school and living not sure how I would do it. I too am trying to find more information from instructors and students, but I keep getting pushed off or an email saying someone will contact me. I'd like to know more and hear testimonials of other students about the program as well. Let's connect.

College of the Florida Keys ( CFK )
Hey there, it's been a year, hows it going? May I ask if their curriculum uses Elsevier, HESI Exit or ATI? What are your overall thoughts of this program. Thanks,

GCU ABSN
Thanks for this tip. Does GCU require organic chemistry too I thought? or just chem 100/130 with Lab. I will need the Chemistry classes and Pathophys. Are the online science classes really hard online? How do they test you, proctored online exams?

Online RN-BSN for recovering nurses
I am so sorry to hear this, perhaps show that you went through a program of some sorts also try applying to Capella RN to BSN online program. What is bad about this is that, they shouldn't have accepted you in the first place, it's wrong to tell you this before two class of being finished . That's messed up.

ABSN at GCU
Did you start the program, I may start, from what I know you need to live within driving distance to labs and clinicals weekly mult times a week. The theory curriculum is online . But if you are in it, please explain if its different and if you like it.

Do they make all transfer students take the TEASE, even if they already have a BSN or Masters for their nursing program?

Can't pass HESI, but graduated
Hello, thanks for this info. I am battling with a Florida for profit school and ADN program who is threatening to hold my graduation because of not passing the HESI Exit exam. I passed all of my courses, my clinicals and labs. I'm talking with the school this week with my attorney. However, I don't live in Florida and I'm trying to find the law you speak of. Please advise and thank you. I need all the help I can get. Also, they want me to pay and retake a whole other semester.

ICHS ..accelerated nursing program
Thank you so much for giving us your experience. I am not an LVN either so all this is. We to me, I am in pharmacology now and passed fundamentals last term. I took them by themselves because I had a couple foot surgeries, I didn’t want too much going on. We also haven’t started out in person labs or clinicals yet because of Covid. I started the program in July 2020. We have been doing assimilation’s for now. It’s going well so far, it’s a lot of self learning since it’s online, so don’t expect someone to hold your hand. However, the professors I have had all have been super helpful this far. We are hoping to start in person clinicals next term most likely in February of Covid rules in Florida permit it, crossing my fingers and lab. So far I am enjoying it and learning a lot while being at home here in Oregon and working part time. Just like any school, there are some issues and some disorganization, but no I don’t feel taken advantage of either. My Pharm midterm is on Monday, and whew I’m nervous, so much info. good luck to you and please private email me to connect if you would like. thanks, Amy

ICHS ..accelerated nursing program
Thank you @vegasrn2fnp. I finished fundamentals, now I'm in pharmacology the 15 weeks semester. Last term I started the accelerated semester but had to withdraw from Pharm, cause I had foot surgery, it was too much. I'm glad I did. Now I will finish this semester in early janurary then back to the normal 2 classes . Thank you for your input and advice. I have loved my professors, and yeah I don't think there is any school that doesn't get disorganized as some point. For the most part they have been very good and flexible with me. Matthew, As for the exams in Pharm study the ATI practice and your lessons. However I heard they may not do the ATI this term, from what my prof said. Last term class looked different, in some ways, but sherpath is what they seem to be using so study that and the book. Best of luck ! Amy title Pharm ichs

Good luck, you can do it. And yes, Keiser BSN is a good gig. Same time and money. Pre req- you will need to have Chemistry is the difference. And take an entrance exam.
