  1. Do you mind passing me the link or something for the UC Davis Health webpage, please?
  2. Hi calinurse415 Do you mind sharing the facebook group info, please?
  3. Oh that's very nice. I don't know much about apartment search out there. Do you have any advice or suggestion for that?
  4. Hi I got it few days ago, from ER. They will reach back just hang in there. Are you from California or the Bay area? Am from New York.
  5. Hi medictobsn I think you have an excellent background and personally speaking, you are a good candidate for the ICU setting. However, If I am to think outside the box, you have so many years of paramedic experience which they think will be difficult to change into the nursing world. Again, I might be wrong too who knows. But don't give up just yet. Keep your head to the very end.
  6. Hi everyone, Did anyone got hired into the October cohort? I would like to connect ahead of time since I did too.
  7. Yes the cohort is based on the unit availability. But what am emphasizing is the interview that some of us are worried about. My sources say " They want to start sending invite to the August cohort and by the time they accept their offers, they will start interviewing October cohort.
  8. Thank you Mia. I said this some time before about 2 different start dates. Someone on the platform said there isn't anything like that. The priority right now is August cohort before October. There was an option as to when you want to start. Either you choose August as a start date or October. But you have to put down the date. Anyway thank you for your help.
  9. @jazzy415 This is the new address 500 Pasteur Drive Stanford, CA 94305 300 Pasteur Drive is the old address
  10. HI @Mia DeSoto Were you able to submit the required documents if not, I might be able to help out.
  11. I am not sure. But as long as you will get your license before the start date you will be okay. Reach out to them and find out now. I haven't been granted approval to test either.
  12. Good for you LOL. I am in New York as of now. Right the BRN takes some time processing. Hopefully, everything goes through by next month. Don't stress you have more time.
  13. I am working on my answers too LOL. It is very very competitive. Large pool of applicants. You should be grateful you have a CNA experience. Some students don't have any experience at all. But your experience would give you the edge. Do you reside in California?
  14. Hi chimichanga96! No I haven't yet. I will today 06/23. Did you?
  15. Well since you believe there isn't. No need to explain further. I am just here to help. I guess some people know more about this new graduate residency. Good luck guys.
  16. @green.tea There is in the application. It asks when you want to start. With two options August or September. Which is why they posted it on the new grad website. Anyway, it doesn't matter as long as you applied to start in August or October.
  17. Hi everyone! I know some of you are a little bit anxious about your status being updated. There are two cohort dates which are August 17th and October 5th. If you chose to start your cohort in August, expect an update soon. But if you chose October then you might have to be a little bit of patience. They have to serve those with immediate start dates first. Don't be discouraged about the application. Focus on something else, keep looking elsewhere as well. "Don't keep all your precious eggs in one basket." For those that got an update on your application, I guess you chose August as your cohort date am I right?
  18. @californiaRN2020 There isn't any specific attachment. Label it Clinical Hours Table and attach it under personal reference
  19. @RN885, BSN, RN Although you have your clinical hours incorporated into your resume, I will advise you to attach it as a separate file just so you can adhere to the application requirement.
  20. @MurseJojo. I think you can apply for both. It's a different department. But don't tell them you also applied for a different position so you don't lose any opportunity.
