Hey not at all! On UBC GPA scale I was 3.8, I volunteered at a senior care home for a year but nothing other than was medical related. I got waitlisted for UBC too but at BCIT my number on my list was closer to being accepted so I wouldn’t say BCIT is more competitive. Feel free to DM if you have any other questions! Good luck ?

I found out in the beginning of July that I’ve been moved into the top 10 for September but have a guarantee seat for January if I don’t get in for Sept! But I’ll be taking my name out of the waitlist since I accepted my offer at UBC so there should be another spot open soon!

Hey guys! I just got accepted!! Only thing is I didn’t get a letter? I got an email saying your program change request has been approved (even tho I’m graduating from UBC this sem) and then my ssc says congratulations! I just hope it’s not a mistake cause I didn’t get a letter ? I was AL-34 btw!

Congrats!! How long did they give you to get all your post-admission requirements in? And did you get admitted in the morning?

I’m finishing up my undergrad this term so I’m hoping to get a job with that and then IDK ? apply again maybe. I got waitlisted at BCIT too. But that sounds like a good plan! It may help boost GPA as well if needed. I wonder if anyone heard anything todayyyy been so anxious

OMG thanks for this!! I got an email at like 418 but was refreshing for hours after that cause I didn’t know this hahhaha waitlisted as well! I’m guessing the waitlist is up to at least 50? Or hopefully less?
