I did a 2 week per diem in June of this year. I too loved John C. Lincoln. Baptist was tough, very behind the times. The pt-nurse ratio was great at JCL. And the staff were great. Good Luck.

My advice, don't do it. Just trust me. There are plenty of other options.

We check 6 hours after bolus and starting gtt. Then we have a protocol sheet with different ranges. We check 4 hours after any changes. When it is theraputic it will be checked every am.
