Hi, I am starting my capstone project at Capella University. We have to pick our topic from a very short list of approved topics. I want to do mine on anxiety, but the topic listed is "Mental health". Do you all consider anxiety as subtopic of mental health? I have written to my instructor to get approval, but she is taking forever to answer me. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone else's company use your PL for the major holidays? We get off all 6 major holidays and we get paid but they deduct our PL. So basically we are paying ourself.

Purdue BSN or WGU BSN? They are both requiring the same amount of classes for me to take and about the same price. One is making me repeat a class I will never pass at this time (took it 25 yrs ago and only passed because it was a group effort). Advice please, which 1 do I go with?

I live FT in NY where I have an RN license. I want to go to FL in winters and practice nursing. Do I have to give up my NY license to get a FL license?

I too am wondering if I’m too old to go back to bedside nursing. I really want to because I want to refresh all my skills and do travel nursing. I’ve applied for some med-surg positions and have not been offered anything. I wonder if it’s because of my age and/or the fact I’ve been doing home health so long.?

Any thoughts on getting my BSN from this school?

Is it wise to take a new position during this pandemic or should I be worried that I could be furloughed after taking it or forced to go to another floor or site?
